British Airways To Fly Direct From Heathrow To Pittsburgh

British Airways is introducing direct flights from London Heathrow to Pittsburgh from 2nd April 2019.

The service will run four times a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday on Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners with three classes available (economy, premium economy and business).

Travellers currently wanting to fly from London to Pittsburgh must connect via Philadelphia, New York JFK or Chicago. The new eight hour flight will leave Pittsburgh at 10pm and arrive in London at 10:35am and will leave Heathrow at 5pm to arrive in Pittsburgh at 8:15pm.

The new route takes the number of US destinations the airline flies to from all London airports to 26, and the number of daily flights offered by British Airways and American Airlines as part of their transatlantic joint business up to 67 per day.
