As an environmentally conscious organisation we take great care to minimise our impact wherever we can. We’re proud to have been awarded the ISO 14001 environmental management system certificate every year since 2005.

As well as reducing waste we also consider the local community in which we operate by behaving in a considerate and socially responsible manner. 

As much as possible we choose to work with suppliers and partners who share our ethics and our respect for the environment.

Our suppliers are treated with respect and integrity – we believe that’s the only way to build trusting, long-term relationships that benefit both parties and our clients too.

Our history

We’ve been taking care of the travel management needs of a diverse range of businesses, organisations and institutions since 1964.

Based in Shepperton, close to London Heathrow airport, we are part of the Ian Allan Group. The Group was founded in 1942 and remains a privately owned and family run business. Its other interests include publishing, motor dealerships, organic products, and property management.

Over the years we’ve acquired several travel related companies, each of which strengthened our abilities and our offering. Today we are widely recognised and respected in the industry for our quality, innovation, and cost-effective travel management service.

Our internal systems, as well as our travel tools, use the latest technology to make sure we provide the most efficient, seamless service possible.
