I supervise a team of agents at IAT. The work here is demanding but rewarding, no two days are the same. Online Booking Tool

Ian Allan Travel has invested in a “user friendly” state of the art online booking system. This online reservation and information facility is available to our clients and can be tailor made to include your company requirements such as key destinations, preferred carriers, travel history, traveller profiles, specially negotiated fares, along with hotel and car functionality. Additionally our system ensures that each client’s controls are incorporated thus users have access to live availability and prices, but under the guidance of your travel policy. If any traveller tries to book outside of the established policy it will send a direct communication to the chosen line manager / administrator for clearance prior to ticketing.
