I supervise a team of agents at IAT. The work here is demanding but rewarding, no two days are the same. We all like a challenge and get a real kick out of pulling a rabbit out of a hat to help a traveller with a seemingly impossible request. We enjoy getting to know our customers and find that very quickly we can think for them, anticipating their need before they've said, I believe this is what makes IAT different from other TMC's.

Warning: Volcanic Ash Compensation Scams

The CAA is aware of scam emails asking passengers who had their travel plans disrupted by volcanic ash for personal details, including passport information, in return for money. These scam emails purport to be sent on behalf of the Civil Aviation Authority.
