How can we help you?

I supervise a team of agents at IAT. The work here is demanding but rewarding, no two days are the same. We all like a challenge and get a real kick out of pulling a rabbit out of a hat to help a traveller with a seemingly impossible request. We enjoy getting to know our customers and find that very quickly we can think for them, anticipating How can we help you?their need before they've said, I believe this is what makes IAT different from other TMC's.

Important Information regarding India - revision

As advised by the Indian High Commission, the "Health Screening Card" which is below is a new requirement when entering India, which is in connection to the Swine Flu outbreak.

The "Health Screening Card", which is below, must be completed as instructed and presented to immigration staff on arrival at India where mandatory checks for flu like symptoms will be made, which if detected, may result in any individual being quarantined or possibly hospitalised.

At present, this applies to all nationals travelling for all reasons, but we will update you further if this changes. It is also vital to add that anyone who has already obtained their Indian visa must also complete the health card.

Rules on hand baggage

Please note that for the majority of passengers travelling from UK airports, where the rules have been relaxed, the allowance is one bag plus handbag or briefcase or laptop. Airlines apply their own operational policies governing the number, size and weight of items which may be taken into the aircraft cabin and travellers are recommended to check these. A list of airports where the one item restriction no longer applies can be found at www.dft.gov.uk/transportforyou/airtravel/airportsecurity
