Ian Allan Charities Division is a separate division within Ian Allan Travel and comprises a team of professionals with extensive experience of working with organisations dedicated to educating, removing poverty, initiating self help projects and providing the opportunity for all peoples on a global basis to have an equal quality of life.

Ian Allan Travel believes we can support and be of benefit to all organisations operating in these areas by saving their time, identifying "Best Buy" opportunities, evaluation of cost strategies, develop cost saving tactics, travel policies and identify savings opportunities.

Additionally and to ensure we are developing a partnership-style relationship, Ian Allan Travel appoint a dedicated Account Manager and implement a tailor made account management programme. As part of this programme the Client will receive a suite of management information reports, which is matched to their specific needs - providing them with clear concise data that enables them to have control of their budget.

Another aspect of our programme is the development of commercial relationships between the Client and their preferred suppliers.

Our prime concern and focus is to provide our Clients with a personal quality service which is smooth and efficient, from the initial enquiry to the completion of the journey.
